Two Birds

The word  for the Three Muses  Challenge
this week is--  'Two'.

Maybe not on s snowy days but we do sometimes hear the birds sing in winter, Do You?

I will also be joining the folk at Art Journal Journey
where the theme is light and Darkness.

Made using elements from
Mischief Circus and
Oscraps kits.

  1. I think our songbirds head south for the winter. We do have bluejays and cardinals, but, though the cardinals are always heard in summer, they are silent in winter. Guess they must be saving their energy! I love your beautiful art. I hope the new year brings you all good things!

  3. Your card is beautiful. I live in a place where it's never cold enough for the birds to disappear - no snow, not even a frost. There are tuneful birds and laughing kookaburras (which make a ruckus)but a giant colony of crows seem to have taken a liking to my roof where they cavort and screech from first light to dusk.

  4. Your page is gorgeous, very peaceful - thanks for joining us again at AJJ. I do here some song birds in winter, but mostly it's the crows and ravens and sometimes the wild geese, the seem to be leading the choir just now! Have a great day, hugs, Valerie

  5. Sweet birdie page Yvonne. The sparrows never leave our yard in Winter, and they chirp about, especially when the sun is shining.

  6. I love to see and hear the birds! In winter when the sun shines we can hear them as well!
And our inner sun hopefully always is shining!

  7. Lovely piece. And recently I've heard some birds in my yard, even though it's Winter out.
