It can be classical or modern , country or jazz,

 calming or foot tapping good to  make you want to get up and dance..

Buttons and bows.

As soon as I read this theme I had this phrase  buzzing around in my head.

It had to be a pretty lady for me who loved all things feminine like pretty bows and buttons.

Well that was the idea until I began with a grungy layered background,

 but she still got her buttons and bows..

I have always thought that a single flower looks beautiful 

and I have in the past created digital pages showing a single bloom.

 The quote I used is also good to remember as we all see things in a different way.

So while I was thinking about this theme I ended up with two pages to share this week.

It also gave me the opportunity to use a new digital  kit from Oscraps.

This is my  digital page for  this weeks theme. 

Today it has been hot and sunny  the bees were buzzing around the garden.

It took me back many years to  remember one of our dogs, who used to try and catch them.

She was only ever stung once and after that the bees could fly safely round the garden.

Clocks

Is this weeks theme over at  Take a Word

Look close if you want to and not one of my clocks is  telling the same time.

Perhaps this is good as we all seem to be reliant on time, 

maybe it would help us to accept that,  'now',  is good

 and not wish for more time on our clocks..

The challenge theme  for June at

  Digitally Made

is for us to "Add a Quote".

I really like to layer digital  elements to create my digital pages and this was no exception.

The rules for the challenge are that everything  we enter has to be 100% digital.

Destiny is something we don't have much control over, but our dreams

for the future are in our own hands.  Make the most of  today,

 then open that door and see what tomorrow will bring.
